ahh! Gourmet offers two shipping options: Standard and Express. If you choose Standard Delivery, you should be getting your package within 5 to 7 business days. If you choose Express Delivery, you will get your package in 2 to 4 business days. We process our order everyday, and ship out each day's orders by 12 noon (Pacific Standard Time) from our warehouse in the San Francisco bay areas. If we receive your order later than 12 noon PST, it will be processed on the subsequent business day.

We want you to enjoy our products, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know. We will credit you the price of your purchase and applicable taxes or replace your desired items within 30 days of your purchase. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless a result of an error by ahh! Gourmet.
