¡EHow long does it take to receive my order?
If you choose Standard Delivery, you should be getting your package within 5 to 7 business days. If you choose Express Delivery, you will get your package in 2 to 4 business days. We process our order everyday, and ship out each day¡¦s orders by 12 noon (Pacific Standard Time) from our warehouse in San Francisco bay areas. If we receive your order later than 12 noon PST, it will be processed on the subsequent business day.
¡EHow can I track my order?
We send you an email notification that contains your order tracking information once your order is processed. You can sign in to your ahh! account to get an update on your order status. You can also track the status of your shipment from My Account.
¡EWhere else can I find your products?
Currently, ahh! Gourmet is only available exclusively online. We are working on expanding our distribution network. If you would like your local grocery chains to carry our products, kindly recommend ahh! Gourmet! |
