Flora huihui Low – ahh expressionist #1

Flora huihui Low is a born-again bon vivant. Nothing unusual given that she came from a land where food culture reigns supreme and good food bursting with fresh flavors is a must! Born and raised in Singapore – her growing years were spent helping out in her mother’s kitchen. Cooking, while connecting – turning culinary moments into the highest enjoyment in life!

A stint in the media and entertainment world couldn’t squash her deep-seated desire to connect, interact and delight people through food expressions. An MBA in between at the Babson College in Massachusetts did not hurt either. And now, with past accolades all behind her, Flora continues to perfect her food expressions and is determined to spread her passion for life through sensory discoveries and creative living far and wide.

Flora has been sharing her cooking in American homes; from California to Texas to Massachusetts to New York, with her beloved friends since her undergraduate years in Austin, Texas. She observed her American friends’ love for unique ethnic flavors but realized that cooking ingredients and methods that were intrinsic to her may be culturally-inhibitive to recreate in American home kitchens. So, she created her first product line that meets her friends’ discerning standards to complement their existing pantry. Now, they can play with ahh! Healthful Gourmet Kits to create different concoctions and permutations of ethnic flavors easily!
